Animation and emission not working

Animation and emission won't be shown if the client uses:
​Fabulously Optimized modpack
Mods which are meant to replace Optifine
Animated armors and emission not working
On Fabulously Optimized
It's a limitation of the Fabulously Optimized modpack.

Enable smooth lighting to fix emission
