How to use 1.16 hex colored texts

You can change color of text and specify a custom hex color using the special notation: %#000000%.

For example:

display_name: "%#FE5A00%magic_fuel"

  magic_fuel:
    display_name: "%#FE5A00%magic_fuel"

It works anywhere, also in translation files of the plugin.
